Pagina 1 di 2 Four Seasons Hotel Prague, Allegro Restaurant Awarded a Michelin Star - Four Seasons Hotel Prague is pleased to announce that its restaurant Allegro has been awarded one Michelin star in the prestigious guide’s inaugural edition of Main European Cities. Allegro is the first restaurant to receive the Michelin star rating in Central and Eastern Europe.
Under the Michelin classification system, one-star status signifies that it is a very good restaurant in its category; a place offering cuisine prepared to consistently high standards.

René Beauchamp, General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Prague, said: "We are honored and very proud to receive this prestigious award; a wonderful testimony for the great work done by our dedicated team, over the years.

Guests of Allegro experience the finest Italian and Mediterranean cuisine in Prague. The menu reflects the flavours of Italy in a superb, yet simple approach. Executive Chef Andrea Accordi personally recommends his favorite dishes, which can be savoured indoors or al fresco, on the Restaurant’s 45-seat terrace overlooking the Vltava River and Prague Castle. Supported by a team of 30 cooks, Accordi affirms his true style in each and every dish he produces.
