Four Seasons Hotel Prague, Allegro Restaurant Awarded a Michelin Star - Four Seasons Hotel Prague is pleased to announce that its restaurant Allegro has been awarded one Michelin star in the prestigious guide’s inaugural edition of Main European Cities. Allegro is the first restaurant to receive the Michelin star rating in Central and Eastern Europe.
Under the Michelin classification system, one-star status signifies that it is a very good restaurant in its category; a place offering cuisine prepared to consistently high standards.

Supported by a team of 30 cooks, Accordi affirms his true style in each and every dish he produces.
