In your recipes is the sweet taste influencing the savoury or vice-versa? Is there a meeting point between them, and if there is, in which does it make real? In some of my dishes there is a lot sweetness influence, because it is very pleasant. It stimulates the taste perception, but of course, all have to be well balanced. Not too sweet not too salty. I like to use a lot of ideas from Asia in my cuisine. Tantissimi congressi, sono diminuite le presenze dei professionisti in televisione. Forse si stava rischiando di banalizzare una professione? Quali e cosa bisognerebbe approfondire durante i congressi? In the last years there have been too many congresses while tv appearances by the professionals have decreased.
